Figured it was finally time to open commissions. Coding is currently what I'm most passionate about, so let's start here!

Simple journal skin - US$5 / 400:points:

Code Lyoko Evolution CSS (no sidebars) by A-queenoffairysApple White Journal CSS by A-queenoffairys
These are basic skins: background, header, footer, text area.

Complex journal skin - US$8 / 600:points:

Code Lyoko Evolution CSS (sidebars) by A-queenoffairysAelita Journal Skin by A-queenoffairysJeremie Supercomputer CSS by A-queenoffairys
These skins have some kind of extra feature(s), such as sidebars, menus and custom/feature boxes.

A couple more examples of skins I've made can be found on my journal page.

1. Starting out

Leave a comment or a note with the details of your commission. The more detailed the better! You should think about things such as:
  • Images - link me to high quality pictures you want used
  • Fonts and colours
  • Layout - how will everything be set out?
  • CSS3 animation - I can make things move and change colour on hover
  • Optional features - see Examples section above
If any image(s) you want used were made by another artist, please ensure you have their permission to use them first.
I can draw things to add to a skin, but it will take more time and incur an extra fee. For examples of my art, you'll want to check my Tumblr because there's not a lot in my gallery here at the moment.

2. Mockup

With that done, I'll create a basic mockup of how the skin will look to make sure it's what you're looking for. From there we can make adjustments until the design is just right. If you want to stay within the lower price range, I'll make sure the design fits accordingly.

Feel free to supply your own mockup for my reference. Again, the more detailed the better, but even if it's just a simple Paint drawing of the basic layout, if you feel like some instructions would be better expressed in image form rather than in words, go for it.

3. Payment

Once the mockup is ready, it's time for payment.

Money is preferred over points, but either goes. Money payment is done through PayPal, and I may consider direct deposit within Australia only. It is to be made before the work is completed, not after. I will only refund if you decide to cancel before I've really gotten into the coding stage.

4. Creation

Now I'll take the mockup and turn it into a real journal skin. Please be patient - it can take me a few days to code a skin from start to finish depending on my schedule and the complexity of the skin.

Once it's complete, I can send it to you via note or email, or by putting it up for installation using I may want to post it publicly to add to my portfolio, but you can decide whether to allow other people to install it or not.

For complex skins, I'll provide you with a guide to using the special features.

If anything goes wrong, you need any assistance with your skin at any time, or you just want some minor tweaking done, don't hesitate to ask!
